11/10 experience the whole way through. Scott did an amazing job with my cut, KP did a fantastic job with my color, and Jeremy helped make the entire process seamless and enjoyable. Everyone is very kind, welcoming and professional and I will definitely be returning.

I moved to Chicago 5 years ago. Since that time I have been to several hair salons, but only at Michael & Michael I found excellent services. Rebecca (colorist) makes my highlights without a toner they are perfect shade which doesn't change with time. Misako (stylist) gives me layered haircuts with precision on dry hair. I wish M & M could write about these unique services on their site, it could have saved me years of hair disappointments.Thank you!

This place is absolutely amazing!! In all my experiences of visiting salons Michael and Michael has the best staff ever!! They are amazing at what they do and listened to my needs. I am very happy with trusting Alexa with my color and Katarina with my habithair extensions! I applaud the owners for having a serene and peaceful environment!! The staff collabe with one another to make sure their clients are happy! Twenty years in Chicago and I finally have a colorist named Alexa that has given me the color I want!!!!!

I’ve been getting my hair done by KP for almost 8 years now and she is the best. I followed her to M&M from her old salon and I’ve been going here ever since! this is my favorite salon in the city, hands down. It’s so nice inside and everyone there is so friendly and fun. They use all of the best products and my hair always ends up feeling amazing. I’ve gone from dark to light to red to blonde and everything in between and no matter the color, KP knocks it out of the park, every time.

Micheal and Micheal makes you feel welcomed as soon as you walk through the door. They have valet at the front and you’re greeted with smiles all around while being offered refreshments. Their waiting room? Immaculate. The lighting in there is amazing! They have a wide range of hair care items/brands for purchase such as Kevin Murphy and R+Co! A PLUS>> I’m almost positive every hairdresser here specializes in something different, so if you’re a blonde, you’ll be put with a blonde specialist! As far as my hair goes…I’m a dyed red head, it’s hard to get it right and boy did KP get it right…she SLAYED IT!! She also dyed my brows, which I have found some stylist are scared to do, not KP! She knew exactly what I wanted. After my color I was greeted by Erin! She did my cut and it’s probably one of my favorite haircuts I’ve ever had, not to mention one of the fastest too. They both made me feel so comfortable and welcoming. I definitely will be back and cannot wait to schedule my next appointment.
