Geico chose this horrible place. Marcos keeps moving the completion date and ended up five long months of repair blaming the Toyota parts. My car is a year old, has 5k miles on it; my daughter drive it to school and back home 5x a week. When I pick up the car yesterday 12/19/25, I was disappointed. It was filthy inside, the air conditioning grilles are extremely dusty and all over, the upholstery have stained. When I complained, Marcos told me “we’re not a body wash!” Therefore, they never cover the inside of the car to preserve the cleanliness and to prevent scratches when they do the work. They have no respect to the owner. All they think is to repair the body without paying attention to the cleanliness. They don’t have a quality control. The job was sloppy, the tins they replaced was misaligned with gaps, the plastic cover on the door is also misaligned, the plastic vertical cover in between doors have gaps and so on… My one year old car that is as good as brand new looks like 10 years old. Marcos is disrespectful, rude and do not care about cleanliness.

So, earlier this year our vehicle was rear ended in a hit and run accident. Caliber collusion did a horrible job...you can see my review for them on here...under their shop. But M & M body shop fixed the damage they did, and corrected the repairs. They were outstanding!

I would HIGHLY recommend this company for your auto body work. I had received ed 3 estimates before I came into M&M Body for an estimate and M&M, with their price, blew the others out of the water! My auto was repaired beautifully and on time. Friendly, honest and excellent results are what you can expect when you bring your auto here. Elizabeth S

**Absolutely terrible experience at M&M Body Shop.** What should have been a smooth process turned into a nightmare. Everything started fine, and they actually had my truck ready before the initial deadline. Then the delays began over something as simple as a rim. I have a full-size spare on the truck, but instead of putting that on and letting me take the truck, they decided to hold it hostage for **OVER A WEEK** just for a rim. They could have let me drive it and pick up the rim later, but Marcos refused to do the sensible thing. When I called them out on it, they tried to blame me, claiming the parts were back-ordered, even though I have text messages that prove otherwise. They flat-out lied and made every excuse they could, dragging out the process and giving me nothing but frustration. When I finally got my truck back, the issues just kept piling up. There are drips in the clear coat, one side of the hood sticks up, and my backup camera no longer works. When I brought it up, Marcos had the nerve to claim the camera wasn’t working before, which is completely false. They acted like they were doing me a favor when they were the ones who caused the delay in the first place. Marcos and David (the owner) completely dropped the ball, and I wouldn't trust them with my vehicle ever again.
