8/10 experience - Alessandra & Abigail at the check in desk we're great. The staff gave us a card for our anniversary, chocolates, and complimentary samples of skin care products. Relaxing vibes and aromatic scents when you walk in. Complimentary mimosas 🥂 and spa water. The ladies lounge was nice and relaxing, showers, a sauna, and lockers, everything was clean and well maintained. They also have hair ties, hair tools, scrunchies for your use. Hubby and I booked a couples massage, Sharon & Vanessa the massage therapists did an excellent job! The only reason I didn't rate this experience 10/10 is, because it was difficult to relax with the loud sounds of doors slamming and the highway nearby sounded like the speed way 😲😞 The staff did an amazing job!!!
I had the best time here! I got the mokara massage. Upon entering the spa it smells lovely and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. You choose between different essential oils used in your massage and are given a pair of slippers and very comfy robe. You fill out a questionnaire to help personalize your experience. The specialist directs you to the changing room where you find your locker for all of your things and anything you might need. They had hair ties, shower caps, razors, curling iron, pads, tampons, qtips, brushes, lotion,…. Everything. You’re invited to use the relaxation room while you wait for your massage therapist. There are several comfortable chairs, tea, and delicious infused water. Arrive 30 minutes early to take full advantage of this. My massage was excellent! I carry so much tension in my shoulders. I am sore from the massage, but I feel more relaxed. She released so much knotting and I expected to be sore from that. I had Cassandra and she really means it when she says “this massage is for you, not me”. The bed is heated and everything smells amazing. After the massage you are invited to use the sauna, relaxation room, and shower. It’s a rain shower with multiple jets in the walls. It was heaven. I felt so cared for and relaxed here. I am not a person who gets to do this all the time. I don’t have the money to stay at the Omni and this was an extremely kind gift from my mom to get the massage. It was beautiful and I hope to come back again as soon as I can. I can’t post many pictures of the spa as it’s electronic free past the changing room. I think we all need that for a few hours anyways! Book the massage with Cassandra. You will leave feeling like the best version of yourself.
In love with this place. Free valet parking(SPA will validate). Easy to find it’s inside the Omni hotel on the 3rd floor. Friendly staff. Love how they have taken Covid pro cautions. They give you a small variety of different oils to pick from. They will give you slippers and a robe. If you arrive 30mins before your appointment you can take advantage of the Sauna and relax in the lounge, there’s water and a trail mix to enjoy. There’s also a nice shower area. I love Mary she did a great job as far massaging me!!! She was gentle and will ask you if you’re ok or if you want less pressure or more. The room was dim and smelled AMAZING!! The beautiful relaxing music from walking in to the end was so soothing to me. After the massage i got offered some delicious champagne! I definitely recommend this SPA.
