We had an excellent experience with this roofing company from start to finish. The team was professional, on time, and very knowledgeable.
Avoid this company at all costs and do not trust the positive reviews which are likely provided by bots. Here was my experience with Kyle and Mosaic Roofing: I had work done in November. Fast forward to today: one of his subcontractors showed up at my door saying Kyle never paid him for my roof and for several other jobs recently. Kyle owes him well over $5,000. I should have known something was fishy when Kyle insisted I pay him with wire, Zelle, or Venmo and claimed he didn’t accept credit cards (despite his website saying he did accept credit cards). There were also instances of Kyle claiming work had been completed, but then when I went on my roof to check it hadn’t been touched. Again, do not trust this dishonest company and dishonest person, and if you do hire Kyle and Mosaic for any reason, INSIST that you pay with credit card to protect yourself.
I have yet to see another roofing company with better quality work ethic and performance. The response time was immediate and they have the best prices in town. I’ve had 3 neighbors stop by to tell me how good my house looks with a new roof. Thank you so much Mosaic Roofing Company. I’ve never felt as good pulling up to my house as I do now.
Kyle was great. I have used him multiple times on my homes. I have found him to be a man of his word and easy to work with. I highly recommend him!
