NCB Mechanical stopped a leak from my old water heater and replaced it with a new waterheater. On the day of replacement, Matthew called to say he was on his way with new heater. When he arrived, he and his partner Javi got to work immediately. They worked very diligently installing the waterheater and when they were finished they gave me a tour of my new water heaters features. I an quite pleased with their work. Matthew and Javi keep up the great work.
NCB Mechanical installed my hot water heater and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Javier and Gabiel came out to discuss my issues and we decided a replacement water heater was in order. They returned the next morning and water heater was installed and heating by noon. Javier and Gabiel were both VERY friendly, accommodating and efficient. I will definitely be using NCB Mechanical for future Plumbing/HVAC issues.
Had a need to have the exterior hose bib replaced as it was leaking especially with colder temperatures coming. I was able to get get scheduled today. Matt and Ryan came by and were so polite and kind. They were able to get this addressed so we wouldn’t have to worry about it. Really great guys. I’ve used NCB before and Domonic came out, that time. I was very pleased with the work he did which is why I called them again.
Javier and Ryan provided me the best service I have received in years. Javier was knowledgeable, explained my repairs to me in a way I understood clearly. They fixed my gas pipe in no time. I knew when he came out to give an estimate that I could trust him to get my job done right. Thanks to Javier I have hot water and can use my appliances again. I will recommend to everyone I know.
Our office needed a custom cage for our air conditioner unit, and NCB Mechanical made the whole process easy and stress-free! Within two weeks, we had our quote, the cage built, and installed.
