I received a K-1 after already filing my tax returns for 2021 so I am required to file amended returns for both Federal and CO. I originally prepared the returns myself using H&R Block software. I was able to file the Federal amendment using that software but it doesn't support amendments to CO. I called Nelson & Company and Dustin gave me the help I needed even though I had not filed the original returns with them. He was clearly well versed in the tax rules that apply in my situation. The communication was exceptional. I would highly recommend Nelson & Company!
