Arrived when they said. They worked hard until the job was done, tested, and cleaned up. This was an entire system replacement, coming in thousands less than another big-name company. Even though there were a few things, which I feel, would have incurred additional charges, the quoted price was honored. We had been without AC at the beginning of a weekend. We contacted owner, Mark Kaserman, on Sunday night, and he showed up Monday morning to assess not only the HVAC, but suggested ways to improve airflow and duct changes. All work was done within 48 hours after his assessment. Did I mention this was a total system replacement of a 27 year old unit? It had been 89 degrees in our home for four days…our butter had melted, toothpaste liquified, and we wet ourselves down, as well as our two dogs, before stationing ourselves in front of several fans. Such a relief to have a business backed by their word and integrity! Both traits sadly are in short supply in these times.
I had an incredible experience working with Mark and his team to replace my entire air conditioning unit. They were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. The communication was very clear, the customer service was excellent, and the day of install was seamless. From one small business owner to another, I truly appreciated the care and professionalism.
We recently had a plumber working in our kitchen who was jackhammering near our freon line. I called Oklahoma Air to inform them and they immediately sprang into action. Mark, the owner, had a team come out and put our freon into our air unit just in case our plumber hit the line. Sure enough, the plumber pierced a hole right through the line and that quick visit from OK Air saved us about $1,400 in freon. A few days later Mark’s team came out and moved our lines into the attic and were in and out in under 2 hours. Great quality work and very respectful. Will continue to use then for AC and Furnace tune ups and any other work at our home.
Incredibly impressed with Oklahoma Air. I was in need of a new heat and air solution for my home as the previous one was old, not installed properly, and just not properly heating/cooling my home. Mark (the owner) came out to my home, to inspect my current setup and answer any and all of my questions. When he presented my options to me, at no point did I feel pressure or like I was being sold to. He explained why each option would be good for me and the differences between them. Not to mention, considering the work involved with the project and the really nice Trane equipment, the prices were incredibly fair. The install team treated myself and my home with respect and were very willing to explain things to me as they were working. Their attention to detail was very much appreciated. I now have a comfortable, quiet system that I don't have to worry about which is such a relief. Thanks to everyone at Oklahoma Air and I look forward to working with them more in the future!
Very pleased. I went with Mark and his team at Oklahoma Air to install a 2 ton Mitsubishi mini split single zone system and am glad I did. The price was where I thought it should be and their scheduling was fast but the best part was the quality of the job at the right price. I could have gone with the higher quote thinking they might do better work but that would have just wasted money. From a customer who expects the best I've just been won over. Thanks, Corey
