Our stay at One Ocean Resort & Spa in Atlantic Beach, FL was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The oceanfront location is unbeatable. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely happy to help. One Ocean strikes the perfect balance between peaceful relaxation and easy access to the beach and nearby amenities. We left feeling refreshed and already planning our return. Highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a top-tier beach getaway!
Absolutely love this resort. We come here all of the time even as locals we still find it a charming escape. The staff is incredibly friendly, the food is delicious and the customer service is unbeatable. Love seeing Valerie and Anna at the coffee shop in the mornings. Will be coming here for many years and have already enjoyed so many amazing memories from birthdays to anniversaries. It’s truly one of a kind! Highly recommend!
My wife and I stayed at One Ocean Resort with our daughter to celebrate our anniversary, and even though our visit was only one night, it truly felt like we had traveled far beyond Jacksonville. From the moment we arrived, there was an immediate sense of calm and escape, the kind that makes you slow down and actually breathe. The service was warm, genuine, and incredibly personable. Every interaction felt thoughtful and unforced, and we were made to feel both welcomed and at home right away. The recognition of our anniversary was a beautiful touch and meant a lot to us. It’s those small, intentional moments that really set a resort apart. What stood out most was how seamlessly the resort caters to both couples and families. It felt equally romantic and relaxing while still being comfortable and welcoming for our daughter, which is no easy balance to strike. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already looking forward to our next visit. Hearing that renovations and new additions are on the horizon only makes us more excited to return. One Ocean Resort is a true gem, and we can’t wait to experience it again.
Great place. Private beach access, as well as a pool. You can walk to a number of great restaurants within a few minutes. Place is pricey and it wasn’t clear until we got there that there are some cost add ons. First, we ended up paying $70 for their only parking option, which was valet. They also added $30 per night that we could not decline. It included WiFi, water and coffee as well as free coffee from the lobby and some other amenities. We didn’t use any if them but still had to pay. I would have preferred they add that to the rate as it just felt wrong we had to pay for stuff we didn’t need. With that being said, the rooms were wonderful, the staff was amazing and the area was great.
We had an absolutely wonderful experience at One Ocean Resort and Spa, thanks in large part to the outstanding service from Shannon at the front desk. As walk-in guests, we weren’t sure what to expect, but Shannon handled our reservation with such a pleasant and professional manner that it set the perfect tone for our stay. She was incredibly efficient, answering all our questions with genuine enthusiasm and making sure every detail was taken care of seamlessly. What really stood out was how warming and welcoming she made us feel right from the start—her warm smile and attentive approach turned what could have been a stressful check-in into a delightful conversation that left us excited about our time at the resort. Shannon is truly a valuable asset to One Ocean; her dedication to exceptional guest service reflects so positively on the company and undoubtedly keeps people coming back. We also have to give a huge shoutout to Jake, our valet attendant, who was equally impressive. He was well-mannered, polite, and incredibly swift in handling our vehicle, making the arrival process smooth and hassle-free. It’s rare to encounter such a courteous and efficient team member who anticipates needs without being asked. These two individuals made a lasting impression on us and turned our spontaneous visit into a memorable one. Because of how welcome and valued they made us feel, we’re already looking forward to future stays at One Ocean Resort and Spa. Highly recommend!
