Just completed a 6 week OutLive course let by Mo. class size was good allowing Mo to work with each one of us as we learned the different stations. He was very flexible in modifications if any of the attendees had any physical limitations. Highly recommend
I’ve been working out with OutFitfor a while now, and it’s honestly one of the best decisions I’ve made for both my fitness and my social life. The outdoor, boot camp-style workouts are challenging but always adaptable, and there’s something so refreshing about exercising in the fresh air instead of a gym. One of the standout parts of the experience is Mohammed, one of the trainers. He brings incredible energy to every session—he’s knowledgeable, motivating, and has a great sense of humor that keeps things fun even when you’re sweating through burpees. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping everyone get stronger and feel more confident, no matter their fitness level. What makes Outfit even more special is the sense of community it builds. It’s not just about working out—it’s about meeting new people, supporting each other, and building real connections in your neighborhood. I can’t recommend OutFit highly enough!
As a fitness coach for almost a decade, I’ve had the pleasure of working with some of the most amazing clients at OutFit. The community we have here is second to none, and you’d be hard pressed to find another fitness community out there where lifelong friendships are forged! Not to mention how nice it is to start the day in a beautiful park surrounded by such high spirits. It truly makes our workouts something special to behold.
I have been coming to Outfit Fitness off and on for about 20 years. If you are looking for a good outdoor workout that is also fun and inclusive this is it!!! As my body ages and because of injuries (not Outfit related) and some surgeries (Shoulder bicep etc) I have had to modify my workouts. The coaches are really great about showing me modified options that still give me a good workout. The hikes are also AWESOME!! They are usually hilly and challenging so you will get an excellent workout. Eric does give alternative options for shorter, less strenuous routes for those that need that option (And sometimes I do) and then we all come back together at a designated spot and continue on. The hikes are fun and a great way to get some fresh air, learn about the area, chat with friends and meet new people. I love my Outfit Fitness community
I love working out, and how could you not enjoy exercising outside under a blue sky with like minded people. The Outfit group are great and Eric, Mo and Mia make it such fun. Washington Park is so nice in the morning, and it's a great way to start the day. Eric's hikes that he arranges are also amazing. He somehow always manages to find interesting little areas and nooks and crannies to explore along the way. Never a dull moment. I thoroughly recommend Outfit Fitness.
