This is my second massage at Pelo, But I have also used them for on site mini massages for a company budget meeting Held at the hotel. All of my experiences have been excellent, with friendly staff and excellent massages. Within the spa, I really enjoyed the use of the sauna before or after treatment.
Fantastic find in the Galt House downtown! With validated free parking in the garage next to the entrance of the building it was easy to find and park. I entered on the 17th floor to a very nice and relaxing atmosphere upon entering right off the elevator. When I arrived I was greeted by, the owner, who is super fantastic and welcoming with a beverage of your choice. Next, my esthetician, Kirsten, took me to a very relaxing room and my face received the best facial I have had including Red Door. I really enjoyed their European products and purchased a great moisturizer afterwards. I highly recommend this wonderful spa!
The girl who did my nails was SO nice and did a great job but I was really sad to see the state of this place. For the price I paid, it wasn’t clean in there and they didn’t have change for me to even break $100. There was someone else’s hair all around my pedicure station and toenail clippings on the rug. For that reason I cannot recommend. Update: The business has responded saying that the place was busy and that's the reason this place and my pedicure station were both dirty. I visited on a VERY SLOW day with only one other person there for the three hours I was there and they guy at the desk sitting on his phone the entire time. There was no one cleaning, it was pure laziness and filth. There was also NO change for me to pay in cash when I asked. Don't waste your time going here.
Absolutely amazing from start to finish. Clean, super friendly staff, and great relaxing vibe. Mercedes was my masseuse and she hands down gave the best massage I’ve ever received. She was able to get a knot out of my shoulder area that I have never been able to get out even with monthly massages! Definitely recommend taking the time for some self care and relaxing here. It’s totally worth it! And who doesn’t like complementary champagne!
I had my daughter’s 10th birthday party here with 5 of her friends and they had mini manicures and mini facials - all age appropriate and with gentle products. They had THE BEST time, truly a memorable experience for all. The staff were amazing and even played age appropriate music for the girls to enjoy. I can’t recommend this place enough. And moms can enjoy top notch treatments as well!!
