Signing up for an introduction at Berkeley Meditation was the best thing I have done in my life. I have taught yoga and yogic meditation. I have taken an intense, 8 week mindfulness course. As much as these two meditations felt wonderful, they could only take me a small way in finding the truth. Berkeley meditation is so great! I have been meditating through zoom from my home every day since the pandemic started, and I have benefited so much! I don't have to drive anywhere, so it saves me a lot of time in my every day busy schedule. I can just txt Olivia, who is the guide there, 1 hour before, hop online and I'm meditating! It's sooo convenient! Since meditating online I feel very happy and, moreover I have found everlasting peace and calmness within me. I used to have a lot of questions about my life and through this very unique process of clearing my mind, all my questions about my existence were answered.
