Very inconsiderate. They called me to inform that they were cancelling the appointment as we were late. At that exact moment, my husband walked in with my 3 year old child. Given that we had arrived while they were calling to cancel, any other business would have just let us continue with the service. But they went ahead and cancelled the service anyway, causing my small child to cry. It's ironic that a service specifically catering to small children would be so inconsiderate about the unavoidable delays that often happen with small children. Grace periods are meant to offer grace and not have a machine-like cut-off that ignores a human touch. We will no longer be supporting this location. Hopefully Pigtails & Crewcuts is a franchise model and a different location would be able to serve their young clients better.
My son has now had 4 haircuts here and while every experience has been pleasant, we are officially hooked on Kumari‘s services! She does an amazing job and is very sweet and professional. We will definitely continue coming here and booking with her. 🤗
We have been coming to this location for years! We absolutely adore all the stylists, but Miss Yolanda has our hearts. Our eldest is on the spectrum and she is so amazing with both our kids. We could not ask for a better stylist! 💗
This was our first time here and we won’t be back. My son is 2 years old and has only had 1 haircut prior, so I knew it wasn’t going to be an easy experience..but I’d hoped they would at least be patient & professional with my son. Her only solution to giving my son a haircut was raising her voice at him, getting annoyed, and suggesting to hold him down which only made him more upset. She finally just said I can’t do it after becoming frustrated with my two year old and tells me maybe if I had someone else who could hold him tighter like his dad she could finish. Everytime I tried to calm him she just tried to rush through it and got frustrated that he wasn’t calm while screaming at him it’s okay. I went to the front to pay and she was very rude by telling the cashier “He didn’t do anything. He didn’t get anything done. Unless you want to tip me, but he wouldn’t get anything done” I absolutely did not want to tip!! She was very rude, he is a toddler!! At the very least you can professionally tell me he’s not ready and there’s no charge..I don’t understand why you would cut kids hair with no patience for kids! I don’t recommend this place.
Took our 11-month-old for his first haircut. The lady who cut his hair was great. Very patient, good at trying to distract him as he was a bit of a busy body the entire time. They have t.v., toys, and games while they get their haircut. They are a little pricey, but to get a decent cut on a toddler without screaming and crying, it's worth it.
