To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally report ongoing issues at my local Planet Fitness location, which my husband has been attending. Despite repeated complaints to management, the facility remains unsafe and unsanitary for members. Specific concerns include: • Customers using drugs in the bathrooms • Spit on the floor and urine in the locker room • Inability to safely store personal items due to security issues • Consistently dirty and poorly maintained bathrooms Management has been made aware of these issues multiple times and has promised to address them; however, no meaningful action has been taken. These ongoing problems negatively affect the safety, hygiene, and overall experience for members, and my husband no longer feels comfortable attending this location. I request that the Better Business Bureau review this matter and work with Planet Fitness management to ensure proper facility maintenance, enforcement of rules, and member safety. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

This place is always clean. Very professional and cordial staff. Machine are always clean and if anything broken get fixed pretty much timely manner. I have no complaints, i get a great work out every time. Staff is always moping with the ghost buster gear on or wiping down the equipments. Very professional. Recently i noticed i think her name is Ally she was dealing with a rude member with calm and utmost professionalism. You can’t pay me to deal with some of the members that these guys have to deal with. Most of the staff is on point with customer service. Ally seems always running around cleaning or restocking. She is always pleasant. I hope this doesn’t persuade anyone to come to this gym coz i like having machines for myself. Not crowded 😇. But I’ve been coming to this place for a good while now, and not once this place has let me down. I give credit where credit is due Great place, Even better atmosphere. Nuff said✌🏽

I only use black spa perks so I deal with front desk a lot, having to ask for each thing separately but usually back to back. I always feel like I’m bothering them with the responses I get. Today I seem Jordan for the first time, she was extremely polite and seemed very upbeat and happy to be there. She is the perfect person to have at front desk!

I started coming to this PF about a month ago and when I come in I always forget that I have my sun glasses on, keys and water bottle in my hand and I always have to ask the staff could they hold my sunglasses or whatever else. The staff here is so welcoming they always tell me yes! Well I had the pleasure of meeting a young lady by the name of Summer and she explained to me after asking her to hold all the junk I had in my hands at the desk until done working out. She started explaining to me that I was a blackcard member and informed me that they have special locks that had combination codes attached to them that I had access to and I didnt know it. She just made sure that I was comfortable and that I understood all of the perks that were available. Summer has made my day today because I was feeling down from some changes in my life and just to come to this place to workout and see the whole staff smiling all the time is healing. Thank you so much for making my day 😃
