Communication prior to installation was friendly, clear and highly professional, and their expert advice made choosing the right replacement system—our new Brivis Contour 7 Series—simple and stress‑free. On installation day, Josh, Luke and Gurinda arrived right on time (in fact, early) and worked with impressive efficiency despite it being the hottest day of the year. Their workmanship was excellent, they kept everything tidy, and they took the time to explain the system once it was up and running. We got the full benefit of our new system on that scorching day—what a relief. The whole process felt seamless, and the quality of both the service and the installation really stands out. Call out costs covered labour to replace faulty aquamiser on Bonaire evap cooler. Service man turned up on time nominated. Sandesh carried the replacement part in the van. New aquamiser installed & working in time to take on a 45c day. Part cost was very competitive to eBay & Internet pricing.

Excellent Service! I received excellent customer service from Plum Heating and Cooling from beginning to end. Everyone l dealt with was courteous, helpful and professional. Sonny, who serviced both my ducted heater and cooling system was outstanding. Booked split system clean and service. Plum were able to fit the job in next day. Super efficient and great communication. Daniel arrived to do the service. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Overall a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend Plum Heating and Cooling Services.
