Very professional service from the first point of contact. Everything went very smoothly and the problem was resolved two days after my call. Was particularly impressed that the electricians Nathan and Thomas took off their boots at the front door, without me having to ask. Rowan and his team were great. When the 1st Call team attended my site there was a problem preventing them from doing the job. Rowan happily rescheduled without fuss and didn't charge for the wasted visit. I really appreciated the flexibility.
