The Primark store is always very good and has great prices in Europe. But unfortunately, during this visit to Cardiff, there was a young, white, thin salesperson with a bit of acne who was making jokes about the customers. I heard him say that someone near me, or even me (I don't know), smelled bad. When I looked around to try and figure out who he was talking about and also to see who had said it, he seemed embarrassed, and his colleagues called him out on it. But I heard him saying that he didn't regret what he had said and that he didn't care. Unfortunately, this unpleasant moment happened; it doesn't define the store or the city of Cardiff, but they should pay more attention to who they hire as their employees.

Vast store with an extensive range at very low prices. There is a cafe, themed, on site which is a nice touch. Till person was friendly. Announcements made in English and Welsh which in my opinion is unnecessary noise pollution, we are an English speaking province and always will be. Decent shopkeeping standards.

I went to primark st davids cardiff this morning, one pf the team member of primark whose hair is in 4 different colors blue purple etc on ground floor women section i showed a picture and asked where could i find these ? Rather than been helpful she is very rude, and said in awfully it should be somewhere…. With a very bad attitude that i feel insulted to ask her…. Primark management should teach their employees a basics of customer services… so disappointed

Primark has always been a solid choice, especially for affordable clothing. The store also has a great homeware selection, which is ideal for university students looking to decorate their rooms on a budget (I’m definitely guilty of this myself). The staff are really kind and helpful, especially when looking for a specific item! If you want to keep your sanity, it’s best to avoid visiting on weekends or on Monday mornings to early afternoons. queues can be very long, and the store gets extremely crowded, with little consideration for personal space
