Excellent customer service from staff management are completely useless stand around thinking their fly boys what lemons your their to work not in a fashion show arrogant rude and what an awfull representation of your franchises these guys are embarrassing to your company lol

Size online have sent the wrong item 3 times. When I want white trainers I DO NOT want animal print. The last time they assured me the product code had been updated. I got sent a £20 gift voucher which I assured I could spend at Size online, when I couldn't - it was just JD Online (I don't generally like JD' stock). I used to get all my trainers from WellGosh and NEVER had an issue. The first time I called Size customer service the lady couldn't have cared less, the second time I was given incorrect information. Now I have given up and written a review as this is awful customer service. JD clearly don't give a hoot about people who are passionate about their trainers, its not just about the numbers/ units sold. This is a treat for me. This is my thing. I will never order from JD or Size again. I order over 25 pairs of trainers a year - it may not be much to you as a business, but I'm guessing other people are being treated the same....

I wanted to try on two hoodies and a T-shirt today 28/01/2023 which I was intending to buy. This was £245 worth of clothing. The changing room was “out of order” so I put them back and just left! They just couldn’t be bothered..poor service!

Very poor online customer service. 13 days after placing my order online I contacted them only to be told it was lost in transit on day 2 by the courier. No communication was sent to me and it took me ringing to find out. They could see this was the status within 5 seconds of looking at my order so clearly some form of notification was present. On agreeing for them to resend, I have not been provided with any updated order or tracking information.

Ich liebe die SIZE? Ladenkette; ich kaufe regelmäßig Turnschuhe dort im Laden und online. In dieser Filiale habe ich allerdings nicht die besten Erfahrungen gemacht. Letztes Mal, als ich dort war, war ich der einzige Kunde im Laden, wurde von den Mitarbeitern völlig ignoriert, während sie sich mitten im Laden zu einem Gespräch versammelten. Ich hatte meinen Sohn mit dem Kinderwagen dabei, daher denke ich, dass ich wohl nicht aussah, als würde ich etwas kaufen. Letztendlich habe ich das, was ich wollte, stattdessen online bestellt.
