Great service. So easy to contact and they came out to diagnose the same day! I especially appreciate that they did not insist on any payment until they were here. My previous contractor requested a payment before he would even come to the house. Elija arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem . Unfortunately he had to order a part that took longer to come in than originally stated. The morning the part came in I was notified and appointment was set up for that day, Again Elija arrived on time and had the refrigerator fan replaced in about 10 minutes.
Very impressed with the professionalism and promptness of this company and the technician. My dryer is repaired just a few hours after I discovered the problem! The tech was respectful, honest, and knowledgeable, and the repair was relatively affordable. He said most parts were in good condition, but my belt was broken. He replaced it promptly and put everything back together. Payment and receipt was simple and straightforward. What more could you ask for? Highly recommend.
My dryer needed belt replacement, I researched them at HomeDepot $7.73 . Front of dryer needs to be taken off to replaced dine new belt which is not hard to do but easier if someone else does it for you. Gentleman was very nice and also vacuumed out bottom of collected lint in dryer, he also checked to see if wheels were spinning smoothly. It can be done on your own but need to be the type of person who doesn’t mind taking apart and putting back together. At $275 that’s half cost of new dryer. I realize he needs to make money also but $275 for a $8 part? I won’t be do lazy next time. The tech was great the price was not.

I appreciate having a convenient way of paying for the services provided. I am fortunate that Prime Service Co. Appliance Repair Services provided me with all of the things I appreciate. If I need appliance repair services in the future, they will be on a short list of companies for consideration and would recommend them for anyone who needed similar services.
