We had a whole house water softener and filter system installed and are very happy with the service provided. They tested our water, and made recommendations for what would work best for us. They were very quick to get us on the schedule and performed the service in one day. Very prompt and thorough, with communication throughout the install. Highly recommend this company.
Richard and Chris did a fantastic job on our whole house water repipe. It was a full 2 days' job but that depends on your house. May be more/less. They repiped every place where there is water. Ie., 4 sinks, washer, kitchen sink, laundry room basin, hot water heater, etc., etc. They are very knowledgeable, dependable and professional. They arrived early, and worked steadily. Took a short lunch and right back on the job. We would hire them again, but we certainly hope we won't need to. I highly recommend Queen City Heating, Air & Plumbing and their very qualified team. Thank you, Richard and Chris for a job well done.
Good afternoon, I am writing this review about the positive experience that I had with Queen City Plumbing and two of their fantastic technicians. Last Friday Richard came out and fixed the plumbing under my kitchen sink. I mistakenly let someone do cheaply. And that’s what I got, a cheap job. Richard fixed it very quickly. Today, 12/29/25, I had the pleasure of having Michael as my technician. I had 2 problems, water not coming out of the shower head and a leak at my hot water heater. With the shower, he quickly diagnosed I had the wrong handle and changed it for me. Then he made quick work of rerouting the line to my tank, the proper way and fixing the leak. All I can say is these gentlemen were professional, professional looking, courteous and I could see they knew what they were doing. Especially since I used to be tradesman. They are an asset to your company. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Queen City Plumbing. Thanks, Richard and Michael.
Michael and Rhett did a great job. Curteous.knowledgeable and very Professional. I can’t praise them enough. They replaced my water service supply line.
Excellent experience overall. What was a disaster in the making turned out to be a simple fix for Fernando. He had everything we needed to get our system back and running. I will not call anyone else. Pipe had slipped out of the compression fitting and the fix was very clean and in our budget.
