Absolutely the best ER experience I have ever had in my life. Even through my tears, I noticed the cleanliness from the moment I walked in and throughout my stay. The staff was attentive, understanding, and eager to help. I am so thankful to have an ER open after hours so close to home. Thank you for the care you provide!
Went there because of pain in my hands. They took all my personal information, had me screened and triaged by an RN. The RN went to talk to the doctor. Then the receptionist comes in and tells me that they don’t accept VA for insurance, and that I can be seen as long as I pay, based on points. My problem is that they failed to tell me upfront. Why have me go through all that just to have me decide on whether I’ll pay or not. I did not see that as professional.
I walk in and out with my daughter, they were amazing treating my baby that was feeling miserable, the front desk very kind and professional same as the nurses and the Dr. That toke care of my baby. Highly recommend RapidCare clinic 👌 great service.
RapidCare ER on Heimer was so wonderful. The entire staff and doctor were super nice. They were a God Send at midnight with my grandchild’s ear infection diagnosis. They are professional, and the facility is great as well!
I can’t say enough good things about Rapid Care Emergency Room. From the moment we walked in, the staff was kind, attentive, and incredibly professional. We were seen quickly and never felt rushed. The providers took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all our concerns were addressed. The facility was clean, calm, and welcoming, which made a stressful situation so much easier. I’m truly grateful for the care we received and highly recommend this ER to anyone in need.
