After I cancelled my membership they restarted it 6 months later and charged me for 3 months before I realized it. They said it was a system glitch that did it and they'd contact corporate to get it fixed. That was October of last year. The manager here won't help you, and if you try to contact the company yourself the email address is undeliverable. They will delete negative reviews off their fb page so nobody knows they can easily do this, and I'm not the only person its happened to unfortunately. Very disappointed since other than that the services were good and I would have resumed my membership after my pregnancy, but these shady business practices are a deal breaker. Be very careful! Get your membership cancellation in writing and ask them to delete your payment info otherwise your CC company could side with them.
Love coming to this location. All the nurses are great with IVs and Avery is the best esthetician! She is always top tier in her services no matter which facial or service I get. Be sure to book with her and you won’t be disappointed. Always leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
I can’t say enough good things about Restore Wellness! From the very first phone call, the person I spoke with was so kind, patient, and thorough in explaining everything. When my husband and I arrived, the front staff — Jayden and Laneese — went above and beyond. They were incredibly knowledgeable, welcoming, and made us feel completely at ease. My husband had been fighting a stubborn sinus infection, and I had been battling a migraine for three straight days. They immediately took us back and made the process seamless. After a few quick questions on an iPad, a nurse greeted us, listened carefully to our concerns, and customized our IVs to fit our individual needs. By the time we finished, my migraine was completely gone — literally as soon as we got in the car to leave — and my husband was feeling 95% better. We were amazed! We also got to see and try some of the other amenities they offer, which made the whole experience even better. We were so impressed that we signed up for a membership on the spot and recommended Restore Wellness to all of our friends and family within an hour of leaving. I work in the medical field, and I can honestly say this is one of the most professional, compassionate, and well-run places I’ve ever visited. The staff truly care about their clients, and it shows in everything they do.
Shout out to my man Giovanni, he is very personable and provides great service. He has great energy, vibes and always positive when customers walk through the door. A-1 service. Not only him but the rest of the team as well. I love this location.
Been to a ton of Restore locations in this one is one of my favorites. Giovanni took great care of me as did everyone else there. Super clean and friendly and they also offer drinks and snacks to members. When I'm back in town I will definitely be using this location.
