I tried to replace hinges on a Dell laptop and went a little beyond my comfort level and quickly realized i wouldn't be confident of fixing. Even Best Buy Geek Squad (have a subscription) recommended Richmond Geeks. Dropped off on a Wednesday afternoon and picked up Thursday evening working perfectly. That's CUSTOMER SERVICE! Jose was friendly from the moment we walked in and came across as competent and confident. Cost was reasonable. Highly recommended!
Excellent service. I took my phone and my PS5 in for a problem with the HDMI port, and in both cases, the work was impeccable. They are very professional, fast, and explain everything clearly. My phone looks brand new, and my PS5 is working perfectly again. It's clear they know what they're doing and use high-quality parts. I definitely recommend them 100%, and I'll be back for any other repairs.
I fell for a scam by checking a link for a supposed celebration being given by a good friend. When I called my bank, they disabled my online access and told me to take my computer to a shop to identify and remove any malware. I took it to Richmond Geeks on Broad St at 2PM and the job was complete by 6 PM. After waiting for 5 days to make sure nothing bad happened, I can say their work restored my computer to safe condition with same day service.

They are Geeks, as name says it! I came here to resolve issues with my Redmi Pro 16. The shop owner (Muhammad) and the staff were extremely nice, professional and accommodating. The resolved my software issues (took a few hours) for free! Which meant so much as I am a student and low on budget. They also provided guidance on buying mobile plans and bought it here from them. I would 100% recommend Richmond Geeks to anyone who has IT or related issues. They are nice, trustworthy and reliable and make you feel comfortable. You can trust them, eyes closed.
