A great experience with a quick repair. The work was done on the same day which was surprisingly unexpected. Hardy, the front desk employee was very helpful and answered all my questions. I would definitely return there for further repairs or other mobile phone problems.

The guys at Fruit fixed took the time today to help me after i bought a phone at verizon and when back twice for them to tell me it was normal for it to take over 4 house to download from the cloud. all Fruit fixed had to do was get me on wifi and it started uploading immediately! great guys , super nice and they cared whether i left either phone service or not!!

I recently spilled tea (loaded with sugar) on my laptop. While the laptop wasn't damaged internally and I could work on it just fine, the keys were sticky. My laptop is insured with Asurion, but I prefer not to ship my laptop to them and go without it for days/weeks at a time. I instead planned to get the laptop fixed locally, then get reimbursed by my insurance company. I reached out to Fruit Fixed via email to ask if they can get up under the laptop and clean the keys, and how much that'd cost. The owner, Justin, was very responsive, although he didn't tell me how much it'd cost. I went to the Short Pump location because I'm in the area a lot and I liked that the parking was easy (surface lot--no street parking needed). The gentleman who checked me in told me it'd cost about $50 and it'd take about 4 hours to fix depending on what other work orders they had. He said they work in the order of when the assignments come in. I told him I needed to finish the workday, so I'd bring the laptop back around 4 p.m. I took the laptop in around 4 p.m. and by 6 p.m., I got a call saying my laptop was ready to be picked up. I was able to get my laptop quickly since they have convenient hours (they close at 8 p.m.). My insurance company had previously told me that in order to be reimbursed, the computer repair shop would need to put my laptop's serial number on the receipt. It was my mistake, but I forgot to ask the guys at Fruit Fixed to do this. I went back in a few minutes after picking up my laptop and asked the employee who checked me out to adjust the receipt. He wasn't able to do it in the system, so he wrote it by hand. He assured me that if my insurance company wouldn't accept that, I could come back and we'd figure something out. I really like the ease of working with Fruit Fixed, and I'll definitely be coming back for my laptop needs. Thanks, Fruit Fixed! PS: If anyone's wondering, Fruit Fixed also buys devices. I asked because usually when I get new laptops, I like to sell my old computers. I just hate selling things online and dealing with customers, so I prefer to sell my devices at computer shops. The next time I am looking to sell a device, I'll check out Fruit Fixed and see how that goes. 😊

Never come here, it is a waste of time.They took my laptop and told me they will call me and let me know what is the issue. After 3 days waiting for the call I visited their shop and they lied to me that they called, but they never called and they never touched my loptop, they just gave me back the loptop without checking it.
