Rick’s was excellent through our entire experience. On one of the coldest days of the year, our furnace was not working properly. Ted arrived within a few hours after we called. He quickly diagnosed our issue and explained a part failure. He located the part and had it replaced within an hour. He was very professional. If we ever have another issue, we will call Rick’s and would be thrilled if Ted is sent to help us with any heating issue.
Highly recommend Rick’s Affordable Heating! Great service at a fair price. Ted Cole did a fantastic job making sure everything was in top shape and working as it should. He not only found the problem with chimney top, but also helped me while I was working with roofing company to get this part replaced.

From scheduling an appointment for an estimate, the quoting process, their communication, scheduling the job, showing up on time, fair prices, being pleasant all around, and the final delivery of a smooth install. No messed no delays, with patience, ECT. 5 stars for sure. Dylan and Nate during the install were great, Ian for the first meeting and quoting process, Tim the guy who pushed the paper work and scheduling, and Sierra on the phone were all as good as I could have hoped for. They met or exceeded all of my expectations. They did not try to oversell anything. Replacing a furnace is not a fun undertaking but I feel really good about this one. They provided some amazingly good financing options that helped reduce the pain of a complete hvac system replacement as well. Thank you Ricks Affordable Heating & Cooling. Update after 8 months. =============================== No surprises. This furnace and air conditioning system has exceeded all my expectations. It is clearly a very nice upgrade from our previous system. The house is so much better balanced. It is a huge upgrade from what we had. Update after 12 months =============================== No surprises, no disappointments. The interest free financing has been paid off again with no surprises and no disappointments. The whole deal went great and met or exceeded all expectations. I am really happy and amazed. I was not happy to have to replace a furnace. In the end our house is more comfortable our heating and cooling bills are lower, and we basically have a life time warranty as long as we have 2 service check ups per year. Which is way better than our previous hvac system that involved an expensive surprise every few years. We are miles ahead with Ricks Affordable Heating & Cooling.
We recently had a new furnace and AC unit installed by Jesse and Bryce. They did a fantastic job! They showed up on time, were professional and very respectful of our home. They kept us updated as they worked, cleaned up completely after the job and took the time to answer all our questions so we felt comfortable with the new system! Rick himself stopped out during the job to introduce himself and see if we had any questions, which is why we love working with family owned companies! The whole process was prompt and smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend Ricks Affordable!
I was getting new flooring and found a soft spot in my subfloor. They pulled up the old flooring and the ac had leaked all over and caused an issue. Called Rick's and they sent someone out right away. Unfortunately it meant the whole AC coil and condenser had to be replaced. Rick's gave me a fantastic price and installed two days later. Justin, Jesse and Bryce came out and they were wonderful. Got the job done quickly and efficiently. They were super nice guys who were not only nice to me, but to my cats as well. Very respectful and pleasant and super knowledgeable about everything. Their maintenance program is amazing and helps with saving money and the warranty. I'm glad they sent Justin, Jesse and Bruce to come do the work. They set my mind at ease right away and in no time at all had my home nice and cool again. Thank you guys! I highly recommend them!!!!
