I can’t say enough good things about Rocketman Plumbing! From the moment I called, they were friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive. I called 7:30ish on Monday (they open at 8am) the responder took my call and left a message. Di called me back at 8am. Asked some questions and said since I noted it was an emergency (which it was) a tech will be out between 2pm-4pm. George called at 1:38pm and said he was on the way. He showed up, asked questions, listened, he quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem, and got to work. In under one hour …everything was fixed and stress levels went from 20 to zero! It was my only toilet and shower …so yes!! Honest and fair price. It’s such a relief to find a team that values honesty, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction. I’ll definitely be using them again for any future plumbing needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service done right! Thanks Di & George!
On a holiday weekend, my call was returned by an actual employee rather than a call service. A plumber was scheduled and actually was available earlier than the appointment. Cleared the main drain and was in and out within 30 minutes! This is definitely the company to call when emergency plumbing service is needed.
