Decided to check the place out due to the amount of reviews the restaurant got. The food was very mediocre. I got the Ruth’s 3 course meal and I chose the Steak Salad as my starter, the 6 oz filet with shrimp that was ordered as medium rare, and my dessert was the chocolate cheesecake. Salad was ok, just like any other salad I’ve had in the past. Steak did not stand out to me, the taste was ok and the shrimp was ok too. There was no sauce to dip the shrimp with so it was bland. The dessert made up for the rest of the meal, it was sweet and expected. Staff were very accommodating and kind. I was disappointed with mostly the food, for a restaurant to be called a steak house it was very mediocre. Atmosphere is decent and would be excellent to come for dates and occasions but I am not coming back for the food.
First visit to this brand and it did not disappoint. Extremely high service level, didn't have to ask for anything. This fine dining experience was 5 stars on every level. The Ahi Tuna appetizer was next level awesome. The main course of steak and lobster again was next level awesome with the Augratin Potatoes being the best i have ever had. My wife had the same and hers was just a good a mine. We went here for our one week anniversary before returning to work and they made us a special on the house dessert. The atmosphere was perfect. Having the manager come introduce himself and check on us was extremely professional as was every staff member we encountered. I feel like we received a better then we payed for experience. I cannot wait to go back.
This was our first time ever going to a Ruth's Chris, and we definitely weren't disappointed. The service was top notch. There was always someone checking in on us, we were celebrating our anniversary and every staff member wished us a happy anniversary, and the manager came over especially to congratulate us. This was one of the better steaks I've ever had. And the sides were delicious. We will definitely come back. The atmosphere is a beautiful old school dining room, the upholstery feels a little dated, but otherwise it was a really great place to celebrate.

The food and service were great! Our waitress was friendly and gave amazing recommendations. My personal favorites were the calamari, lobster mac and cheese, sweet potato casserole, and creme brulee. My husband enjoyed all of the above but hus steak was a high contender as well.
