I came in today for my first microneedling appointment, the staff is wonderful and pleasant! I met Vanessa at the front desk who was super warm and welcoming. MJ did my treatment and she was super gentle and kind and answered all of my questions and concern with patience and expertise! Will definitely be coming back !
I had a lovely consultation at SABBYA with Malala. She considered all my concerns and gave me expert advice tailored to my skin tone and overall skin health. She enthusiastically recommended skincare tailored to my skincare goals and budget. Not only that, but she suggested a treatment plan and made sure all my questions were thoroughly answered. Definitely a great med spa for those unsure which treatments will suit their skin.
I had an appointment with Malala for a facial laser treatment. Great experience, she took the time to carefully explain the procedure and the aftercare as well. She made sure to reply to any questions or concerns that I had prior. During the treatment, she also made sure I was okay and was extremely gentle as I was feeling a bit nervous. Bernadine was there to supervise her and she was also so sweet and made sure I was fully comfortable throughout the whole process. As soon as I walked inside the clinic I was impressed to say the least. IT IS BEAUTIFUL. I was offered a drink while I was waiting and everyone was also very sweet at the reception. I had the honour to meet the owner and let me tell you.. he was very very humble. I will definitely come back without any hesitation. I 100% recommend Malala. I looked at her work on their website beforehand, and she is extremely skilled and does a great job. I fully trust their expertise and wish them the best!
