Was a cool guy! He responded fast and got the work done sooner then estimated! He took care of me by giving me a cozy waiting room with free TV and comfy couch! He kept checking in on me to see if I was ok and offered me water if needed! Cool guy great prices! Check him out

Daughter always wanted more bass in her 2015 Accord. Decided to gift her that for Christmas. Got a quote from Customs Sounds and their only affordable option was a gigantic sub box and out the door cost $1200. I visited Mike at Safe and Sound based on 5 Star Google reviews and he recommended a MUCH BETTER option for $500 out the door. And WOW was I impressed!!! Hard to believe we got such an impressive sound without taking up any trunk space, especially for $500. And I was blown away with how much I enjoyed the entire customer experience from start to finish!! Mike’s shop is his home, DO NOT be discouraged by this. Mike is great to work with, HONEST, experienced, knowledgeable and surprisingly affordable!! If you’re looking for an upgrade to your car audio, look no further! Give Mike a call.

I wasted my time and money going to Mike. He charged me $300 for labor and $400 for a “custom box”. I had an audio expert look over his work and was informed Mike did a terrible job. He is not a professional. He jeopardized the safety of my passengers by not securing the passenger seat down properly while pinching wires under the seat frame. I have to take my new car to a body shop, because he cross threaded the seat mounting holes.
