Recently rediscovered this place after some time of avoiding it and have enjoyed the food. However today…. What a huge let down. Not sure if it’s a change of chef or an off day but it was awful.. Started with Cheesesteak spring rolls which were barely cooked and on the cold side. I got the chicken burger which was so dry and tasted burnt. Just inedible. My partner got the Steak Sandwich and he said the steak was overcooked and the bread was dry and inedible. Nearly $200 for lunch and drinks so will give this place a miss for awhile and hopefully if I come back it has improved. Needs more than a partial ocean view to make up for the awful lunch.
We loved the food and the environment. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We loved everything what we ordered for breakfast. Even kids enjoyed food. We 8 people loved environment food,and staff service. Its worth spending.
Such a lovely brunch spot by the beach! The place is clean, relaxing, and has a beautiful ocean view. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. I loved the banana smoothie — rich and full of flavor. The crispy bacon and tasty sausages paired perfectly with the warm, crunchy bread. Everything was just perfect!
Had potential in every way, other than the food. Nothing freshly cooked here. Had to get the chainsaw out to get through the skins of the sausage. The scrambled egg was so rubbery that my fork proudly stood to attention and would not move. The mushrooms were so scary that they reminded me of the Leongatha mushroom killer. I took the bacon home to resole my shoes. I am told the coffee was good. * I will contact the owner tomorrow, as invited, I will begin by thanking them for the invitation. Everyone can have a bad day but an offer of a discussion is a good start. *Had a good discussion with Venue Manager . While my experience on the day was not good I compliment management on their proactive approach to dealing with the matter.
Love my pizza. My family enjoyed their meals as well. The atmosphere is lively and busy but we still managed to book a table for 11 so that was great! Wide variety of food to cater to all the different dietary requirements so that was good.
