Took my little bmw i3 here with the children in the back and we all had a good time. Did the ultimate wash and the touchless system did a really good job of cleaning off the vehicle. Price was fair for what I got and the wash was just long enough to do what it needed. Although I wish the dryer time could be just a bit longer in the winter to help get cars extra dry. Bring towels especially in the winter to wipe down all your door seams and nooks and crannies so you don’t get froze in. Will be visiting again.
Too much soap being sprayed before it even gets on the car then once the wash is through and the dryer turns on all the soap that fell onto the floor blows right back onto your clean car. The rinse was horrible. I have streaks and marks everywhere. Not even worth a $10 discounted wash.
The wash malfunctioned while I was in it. Both doors were closed and my car was on. After several minutes of nothing happening, I smelled heavy exhaust and turned my car off. I had to get out and find a panel so that I can manually open the door and get myself and my car out. This was on a Sunday afternoon and no one was on site. My car still had soap on it and I had to drive to another car wash.
I've been visiting this car wash since I found it in 2002, the first time I drove to St. Paul. I still come here after my drive up from Chicago. The wash is one of the best I've experienced. The prices are great. I wish the vacuum was free. It took my dollar because the vacuum and fragrance machine didn't work this trip. Maybe next time. I'll be back next summer.
I go here sometimes when I need a quick wash, but this dispenser problem is common and with the price increases and unreliable service I plan to go elsewhere. There is no phone number and I don't have the time to leave a written complaint, especially each time this happens, about 50% of the time.
