Landon and his team did an amazing job for me! I’d give him 10 stars if I could. I had a BIG leak in my main water line and needed a couple plumbing fixes inside too. He had everything coordinated perfectly from the bid to the finish. I have an older “flipped” home with quirky plumbing and he made everything work exactly as promised. We called Service Plus Plumbing to get an estimate on a couple of repairs. They came out the same day, quoted reasonable prices for the repairs and completed them during the initial visit. Aleks (the plumber they sent) did a great job! He’s very knowledgeable, had all the parts required and knew exactly what needed to be done. Aleks gets 5 Stars!
Aleks is an amazing, experienced craftsman and fun to work with. We had a leak at the base of our upstairs toilet. Aleks pulled the toilet, then gave me a couple weeks to do my demolition. He then returned to check on the existing toilet flange and pipe prior to my reconstruction of the area. A week later he came back exactly when he said he would to rebuild and reset the toilet in time for the holidays. He went the extra mile at every level, helping me find replacement parts for the toilet tank and even replacing my toilet flush handle while he was here, even though we had not discussed this prior to his arrival. He also replaced copper pipe downstairs which is now beautiful and functional. A miracle of repair! I am very happy with his work. It's reassuring to know there are still working craftsmen who are so capable and easy to work with. But wait -- there's more. The communication from Yvette in the main office was also superb. She kept me well-informed all the way through and was patient with me on the phone and by text. Bottom line: I highly recommend Aleks, Yvette and the entire Service Plus Plumbing team! Give them a call for all your plumbing needs! You'll be glad you did.
Service Plus did a full house water re-pipe at my home. This included new pipe all the way to the shut off at the street, all interior water pipe, a new water heater, and other minor related items. They were prompt, courteous and thorough and the work was signed off by City inspection on the first attempt. They communicated issues and questions with me right away and also responded to all my questions quickly by phone, text or email. I’m very happy with this company and will use them again for future plumbing needs. Customer service is definitely a high priority for them. I highly recommend them.
We needed our main water line replaced and got quotes from 4 companies. While Service Plus wasn't the lowest bid, I felt confident they would do the highest quality work. During the estimate process, Landon took the time to inspect the work area and discuss pros and cons of optional modifications to the project. We are so pleased with his attention to detail. As a routine part of this process, holes were dug in the yard. I think our yard actually looked nicer after he meticulous filled in the holes!! Our replacement shut-off is located in the laundry room, where we aren't too worried about appearances, but it actually looks fantastic! If we need plumbing services in the future, we will go with Service Plus!!
