I can’t say enough good things about Emily! I was really nervous since it was my first time getting botox and I did it right before my wedding but she is so knowledgeable and reassuring. She explained everything, never rushed me, and the results are natural and exactly what I wanted. She even did a complimentary two week follow up to make sure my results were perfect. I am so happy that I did it and absolutely recommend Emily to anyone! The front desk staff are also incredibly friendly and welcoming which made my experience even better.
Leina and Courtney are absolutely amazing! They gave me and my husband the best facials. Specifically, Leina took the time to explain what my skin truly needs. Her technical knowledge and personalized advice were spot-on, but what stood out most was her kindness and genuine care. She made me feel completely comfortable and confident about my skincare routine. Five stars all the way! Professional, knowledgable and outstanding in every way! Absolutely Recommend!
I have tried a couple of other places in Honolulu for facials and skin treatments but SkinLab has been, by far, the best. I had a hydrafacial and SkinBright treatment. Courtney was so professional and thorough in doing a skin analysis first, explaining to me what type of skin I had, how I should approach my skin care routine, ways to rebuild a healthy skin barrier, etc. She did NOT push to buy any products and was just very informative on what type of products would work well with my skin. I would definitely recommend this place!
Incredible experience at SkinLab Honolulu. I have been to multiple med spas in Hawaii and on the mainland and let me say, this one is top notch and my new favorite. I love so many SkinCeuticals products and the SkinLab carries the entire line with such knowledgable estheticians and staff who really know the products and their treatments. I had an informative skin analysis followed by a very relaxing facial and dermaplaning, and of course left with a few new products to add to my skincare regimen. I will be back soon for an injection appointment, so excited that they offer botox and filler here too! I just found their instagram and they post all of their specials on there- immediate follow! I can't wait to be back and will be telling all my friends to stop by. So excited that this place is in Ala Moana now :)
My wife brought me along for an appointment she previously scheduled. The store itself is very sleek and modern, with good natural light, mirrors, and displays of their products. Knowing very little about skincare myself, I figured I would humor myself and have them asses my skin using their skin scope. Chenoa was very friendly and informative, teaching me about my skin and past sun damage (both long term and from this trip on the beaches) and provided great suggestions how best to care for it. They happened to have a walk in appointment available, and she and my wife both recommended a Hydrafacial to help jumpstart my skin at recovering. The treatment itself was wonderful and left my skin feeling purified and rejuvenated. Multiple people later that day commented on the clarity of my skin which I’ve never experienced before. Overall a wonderful experience and I will be back soon!
