I Had to write a review and give 5 STARS after my experience at slick city today and I tip my hat off to the management team and whoever the hiring manager is. The young men and women who work at this facility are so amazing and attentive, honestly the best I’ve ever seen at kids play places like this. My daughter just turned four and I was so blown away at how the teens who are staff there were so mindful of her and the other kids there. They kept on her assuring she was able to make it up the stairs and mount the slide, one worker paused his station to inform another worker that she was coming up the stairs and to assist her when she made it to the top. Each worker spoke to me as they passed and were so attentive, honestly I couldn’t believe these were teenagers who had such great customer care. I have not seen kids be as hands on and attentive at a place like this ever, and I have to commend the management and training team because you have an amazing group of young people managing their posts and I hope they continue their attentiveness and efforts!
We had our son’s birthday party here and they had a great time. The facility was clean. I’m only leaving 4 stars because the minute our “time slot” was over for the party, the staff made all our kids/party guests get off the slides because our wristbands had expired. I’m just used to other party places that let you hang around after your party is over. I would have expected that here, especially given the price to have a party here.
We hosted my son's 5th birthday here, it was a blast, even the adults had fun. It's clean efficient and the staff is always ready to help! Pair that with the little playground and slides area for the ones under 4, that's gated is awesome! Setup and clean up were easy and for a small fee you can bring in all your own food for parties, we had 20+ kids and we're able to get out without paying a arm and leg for our party 🥳🎉 10/10 recommended and we will be back
We had my son’s 5th birthday party at this indoor slide park and it was fantastic! There was something for everyone, it wasn’t crowded, and the host was great — very organized and helpful. The kids had a blast and we’re already looking forward to coming back. The gift bags at the end for each cold was a nice surprise! The only small downside is that it's tough to keep track of your kid once they head up the stairs — visibility from the ground is limited on the upper platforms. A bit more lighting or open sightlines would be helpful. But honestly, that’s a minor thing. It never felt unsafe just would have like to have known which slide he was coming down. Overall, no complaints. Highly recommend!
It’s really not make cup of tea. We took our three year old an our 11 year old. We were there for the after hours playing. So the place is completely dark. They have a few lights here and there. Our 3 year old did not mind because she of course wanted to get every single slide, but she could not. She could only play in the kiddie place.
