The slides are a blast and the kids had fun. But I would never ever do a birthday here again. It is chaos and your “party attendant” drops off drinks and splits…. So you don’t really have anyone helping with pizza, etc. they leave it on your table with no way to cut or serve it. I frequently had to go back up to the concession stand for help since our party attendant was not available. While it is a fun place, I believe there are much better places for a birthday party that offer a better value (any trampoline park party is less of a dumpster fire- hands down so much easier for the parent) private room, and someone that helps for the same or less money. The pizza was pretty good 👍🏼 so that was a plus. 5 stars for slides, 1 stars for the birthday party value/setup. With 3 kids aged 8 and under We have had parties a most north side popular party places and I would not recommend this for a party. I would say it is better suited for a couple of kids to go play for a bit. It’s a fun place but parties and how smooth they go and how well things are communicated could be improved. I tried calling both Thursday and Friday before the event several times and could reach no one on the phone… so I would have an idea of what to expect coming in. So just a heads up that after you spend $500 that they won’t answer the phone to answer your questions. I will not be back for a birthday, but would go back for a fun afternoon with the kids. We hosted the party 1/10 for a group of kids aged 10-4. The younger kids couldn’t get on the slides… so that was unexpected
Wow! These slides are no joke! The drops on some of the slides were too scary for me (mom) But my son, had a blast! Carley, an employee at slick city in Brownsburg was super sweet and Accommodating! Thank you, Carly. You deserve a raise and a shout out!!!
I have 8 and 5 year grandsons! They loved it and even though didn’t go on all plenty to choose from. We will definitely be back… Very clean and staff everywhere. Entry easy.
Slick city is pretty cool its something for all kids. They had a 5 and under sectionn and the main slides were 4 and up. We were so happy about the 4 and up because my nephew is 4 but he loves hanging with the big kids and he kept up with them the whole time. The mats they carry around are pretty big so he kept tripping over it but nonetheless he still drug it around with him. It had a mini zip line section thats unattended and it was fun for the kids but they weren't getting in a organized line and kids kept running up the ramps in the way but no one got hurt. They also had an area for kids to play basketball. Plenty of lockers and cubbies. The food was pretty decently priced and they were moving pretty quickly getting the orders out. 10/10 we'll be back. Just know if you get your tickets ahead online and someone doesnt show up there's no refund or credit.
This place is so much fun for kids of all ages. There is an indoor gym area for the little ones. And all the kids have smiles on their faces coming down all of the slides. It's a big place and it's often busy. The best piece of advice is to leave your socks at home. You will buy rainbow colored socks when you get here. There is a waiver parents need to sign whether you are riding or just the spectator. One parent should do a waiver for themselves and both kids. That way you can come by yourself if need be. Once you check in, you'll be shown how to ride the mats. There are different buckets at the bottom of all of the slides where you can grab a mat. Or you can take one with you and keep that mat for yourself the entire time you are here. There is a little bit of climbing upstairs that is involved to get to the top of each slide. There are handrails and railing so the kids can hold on and walk up. There are paid lockers you can use to lock up your stuff. I would suggest leaving everything in your car and being minimalistic inside of here. The less stuff you have to worry about the more fun you can have. Over by the basketball court there are cubbies that you can use to store stuff. But slick City is not responsible for lost or stolen items. The birthday area has many tables. There's multiple parties going on at a time. 10 out of 10 our kids LOVE it here!
