These guys answered the phone promptly on a chilly weekend during the worst cold snap. They swiftly diagnosed and resolved the septic issue, completing the repair the same day. Their exceptional employee customer service truly impressed me; it was top-notch.
I had a mainline water blockage which made my only bathroom in my new to me home unusable. Home warranty company could not figure it out and said the line was clear. That could not have been farther from the truth. I called smith sewer and was lucky enough to have Jordan come out on a Friday night around 7pm. He scoped the line, found an obvious obstruction. Come to find out, he was able to reel up a fully intact SQUIRREL from my line… he brought it up through multiple 90 degree turns. It was easy to tell that Jordan was great at his work! Unfortunately for me, in the process of Jordan pulling the squirrel through the line, there was a section of pipe that was damaged. Luckily, it was usable for the night. Day #2, Brad and Aaron stopped out to fix the damaged section of pipe. Again, phenomenal guys with a wealth of knowledge. My home has only a crawl space which I thought had no access. I searched tirelessly trying to find it as I used to do that kind of work. Aaron, just so happened to notice a gap in the floor which was so small and blended in so well and was able to find the access I was searching for. This made their jobs not only much more accessible, but to me as the customer, much more confident in the repair. All of those guys deserve 10 stars. All great dudes and very knowledgeable with what they do. The photo attached, says it all. Great work fellas, I appreciate it!!
Our clogged drainage pipe was fixed in 20 minutes! Price was reasonable, just a bit over $100. The woman who answered my call may have been having a bad day but the man who arrived was kind, professional, and quick. I'd recommend Smith's Sewer Service!
Smith Sewer Service was outstanding. I called after hours on a holiday, and they still had a technician at my home within 90 minutes. They were professional, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. It was such a relief to have the problem handled so quickly. (One of which was missed 6 mos prior by another plumbing company ) Highly recommend their team for fast and reliable sewer service needs.
We have an old house and have issues from time to time with our drain clogging. We called 2 other companies, had 1 send a guy out for 4 hours and was not successful, tried to charge close to 1k and the other company never returned our calls or showed up. Someone suggested Smith's, so I called on day 5 of not using water in my house. Billy was on call and showed up within a few minutes, took less than an hour to clear that drain and fix the issue. We paid extra as it was outside of normal business hours which I agreed to upfront, but still great prices and excellent service. Will recommend and use Smith's from now on!
