I gave 1 star because it's not possible to give less. When i walked in I went over to the wall to look at some items, while there I noticed a small luggage. I asked the person behind the counter if they knew who's luggage this was since being an airport, luggage left alone is a bit of a security concern. As soon as I asked, the person behind the counter became belligerent, raising her voice to chastise me for not noticing other similar luggage that were sitting in other areas (that i had not browsed through) She then continued her attitude fueled rant about how everyone asks her the same thing and doesn't pay attention, basic rude disrespectful unprofessional, borderline uncivilized, obnoxious behavior. Since I firmly believe that if we bring up an issue, we should present a solution, here are a few recommendations 1. This employee might be better suited in another role, some position that possibly doesn't interface with people 2. Since it was stated very loudly THAT EVERYONE ASKS THE SAME THING. Maybe consider the placement of this items and the environment the store is located.

We were sent to this location by an employee with another store because the first store did not have what we were looking for. The employee at SoundBalance greeted us as soon as we walked in the doorway even though she was helping another client. She asked if we were who the other place sent and was able to help us. Very thankful for both locations working together so quickly.

scammer shop! selling open box items for approx double of regular retail… crazy 1 charger + usb-0c cable labeled 59.99 which is already nuts ringing up 69.99 before tax 🙄 open box is a joke, everything closed back up with sticky tape… guess they’re taking advantage of people who REALLY need a charger

We were waiting for our long 18 hour flight to Japan when Sound Balance started blasting absolute JAMS. Loved the energy from this place, it was unrivaled. Shoutout to the person working the Boar’s Head sandwich stand who also encouraged the people walking by to start dancing. Had an absolute blast dancing in the airport terminal. Thanks for a great last memory in the states until I get back!
