We liked their personnel and communication. We appreciate the Veterans discount. However, we felt that the initial recommendation of a new toilet should have been the last resort in the problem solving process. When discussed, they agreed to auger the line and that is working right now. That may change over time. However, we appreciated doing the least expensive first.
Josh was very professional and quickly got us back up and running. He also provided us with several options to help mitigate the expense of a much need major repair!
Brent and Doug provided excellent customer service with my installation. Josh and everyone that answered the phone and took care of my needs was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. This was the first time I used St. Matthews Plumbing. I will now use them for all my plumbing needs in the future. 👍👍
Great service, professional installation, old school kind of competence that gets things fixed right. Nice guys who worked with my school schedule and solved the major water heater leak I had in about an hour. Nice to find a company whose reputation is great and well deserved, especially these days when many cynical operators don’t seem to care. You can stop looking now, St. Matthews Plumbing fixed my issue and I’m betting they can fix yours too!
I read reviews from multiple plumbing places, St. Matthew’s Plumbing getting high marks for service. They turned out to be even better than their reviews, prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, worked quickly and the main thing is they solved my leak into someone downstairs! Worked with me so I could pay separately for removal then pay the balance the day the new one was installed. These days it seems like many places just want to rip you off, but at St. Matthews Plumbing their professionals are here to help and honestly I was really happy to get old school excellent service at a good value. Nice guys, too. I don’t usually leave reviews but you can stop looking for a great plumber company now, cause this one is it!
