Such a fantastic Pilates studio! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and supported. The instructors are not only skilled and professional but also bring so much positive energy to every class. They really take the time to help with form and make sure you’re getting the most out of each movement. I’ve felt stronger, more balanced, and more confident since starting. It’s honestly one of the best parts of my week. Highly recommend to anyone looking to move their body in a mindful and empowering way!
Hands-down the best workout experience I’ve had!! The studio has such a welcoming vibe. The instructors are absolutely amazing, not only are they incredible at what they do, but they also genuinely care about your progress and goals. Every class leaves me feeling stronger and excited to come back. Couldn’t recommend them enough!!
My first week at strong I was super nervous not knowing what to expect. I use to just train weights at the gym beforehand but found that I lacked motivation most days and got sick of doing the same things week to week. Strong has been a real eye opener for me, I’ve pushed myself in ways that I never thought I could. I would strongly recommend port Adelaide to anybody who’s wanting to change it up! I would love to see in the near future a way we can also train at other locations using the same membership!
I started at Strong Port Adelaide with a two-week trial, fully expecting that would be it. I’d never been in a gym environment before, and honestly, I thought I’d feel intimidated. But from the moment I walked into my first class, the team was nothing but welcoming, friendly, and genuinely encouraging. The studio itself is so fresh and motivating, it’s such a great space to be in. Fast forward to now: 260 classes later and still going strong (pun intended)! I have never felt better in my body or more confident in myself. Thank you to everyone at Strong Port Adelaide on creating such an incredible environment. You have completely transformed how I feel about fitness. Absolutely 5 stars!
Such a beautiful Pilates studio, attention to details and cleanliness is next level! Instructors are so friendly and welcoming. Even in workouts that are more advanced, instructors will always give beginner alternatives. Workouts are always well balanced between muscle groups. The cardio aspect of the bikes and rowers really adds to the fat burn! Bathrooms are well equipped with straighter, blow dryers, hair ties etc etc, and they inferred sauna is a cool option to have post recovery. (Booked for extra cost)
