Sam, the estimator, provided a transparent bid that was slightly higher than others but reflected their commitment to quality without cutting corners—I’m glad I chose them. Ana in customer service was fantastic, handling invoicing and ensuring everything was set up perfectly for my rebate application. The installation team delivered quick turnaround, excellent service, and open communication throughout. Highly recommend for transparency and quality workmanship!
STS was very professional, worked hard and consistently; they showed up on time and did excellent work. Sam communicated in a friendly helpful manner and followed through to make sure I understood what was happening and offered additional Assistance to ensure we had the best experience possible.
