I hired Flavin Electric for some electrical work and was impressed from start to finish. They responded to my request immediately and completed the work much faster than expected. The tech was highly professional, arriving on time and keeping the workspace clean. Their pricing was fair and transparent, with no surprise costs at the end. The quality of the work is top-tier and neat, organized, and clearly done by experts. It’s rare to find this level of reliability and communication. Tom and Juan from Flavin Electric did a fantastic job installing new pendants in our high-rise condo. They look amazing!! Everything was perfect -- efficient, friendly, competent, positioning, on-time, communication, clean-up. A+++

Such a great experience—we reached out to Flavin for a timely issue with a circuit breaker, as well as to update wiring and add an outlet in our bathroom. They were communicative and responsive throughout both of those experiences. For the bathroom work, Tom couldn't have left the place more tidy and clean (can't say the same for other service providers!). He was great with our anxious dog and a pleasure to work through and through. Shout out to Avery too for all of her help setting things up and proactive, quick communication.

Our HOA had a great experience w/ Flavin - Avery was very helpful in helping us schedule our appointment and providing us a quote. Our ask was quite difficult and time intensive - installing exterior lights that required new wiring in a 1920s bldg - but Juan did such a great job! He was super friendly and walked us through the process and worked 7+ hours in 35 degree weather to get it done in a single day. We really appreciate Juan's hard work and professionalism and because of him, we will call Flavin for future jobs!

Flavin Electric is the best! Scott came out for us on an emergency basis a few years ago and worked quickly to get us all fixed. We also just worked with Isaac to replace two light fixtures, including installing a light/fan where just a light previously existed. He showed up early, which was appreciated. He communicated through the entire process. He also got the job done super fast and helped problem solve for us when the screws that came with the fixture were way too short for the fixture. All in all, Isaac was great to work with, was friendly, professional, did a great job, and worked fast. We will absolutely work with Flavin again!
