All around 5 Stars and then some! Had a box and a woofer from my previous Escalade that I brought to them too install in my new Vistiq. They built me a new integrated box and switch right next to the steering wheel. First of all their customer service is impeccable, thank you Chris for all the follow ups, the professionalism and genuine care and concern throughout the process. Efren is a super star, he have me the best price and didn't sugar coat anything. Second of all the system sounds 10X better in three Vistiq than it did I'm the Escalade. I think it's because the box they built was bigger but I'm getting all the sound that my one 500 watt woofer has to offer and it's more than enough. It may also be because of how they adjusted it. Either way I'm more than happy with the system. It's the best sound I've ever heard in any car. The car came with 23 speakers but with the SUPER BASS install I gotta say it feels like an out of world experience. I went back to them over a week after the install too for a minor discrepancy I had and they took care of it instantly, no appointment needed. I couldn't be more happy with the overall process and from on I know where to go for and car audio. It was just amazing
The owner is genuinely a great honest person. I called him to see if he could install my system. I provided the subs and amp. The installation was very professional, looked amazing, and it only too him a couple of hours. The price was very reasonable. I will be coming here moving forward for all of my car audio needs!
