Super Car Wash is usually a solid chain across DFW, but this specific location is the weak link. The customer service is consistently poor, especially on cold mornings when the wash is marked open yet no attendant comes out to load vehicles. I’ve even looked up and seen the office door crack open and shut like someone’s checking to see if I’m still waiting, but no one ever walks out to help, which is ridiculous. The amenities are neglected too—windshield fluid, glass cleaner, and all-purpose cleaner are almost always empty. Other locations stay stocked, staffed, and helpful, so there’s no excuse. I won’t be returning, and if you’re looking for a reliable wash, the location off 12 is far better and won’t waste your time.
Have a monthly subscription but almost want to cancel it because the car wash never seems to be working properly. Most of the time first round of soap doesn’t fully cover whole truck, It’s mostly just the sides. The scrubby thing that comes from above, isn’t rotating most the time, doesn’t even touch my truck. Often I don’t even get all my protective coatings that comes in my subscription. Today i went through 2x to try to get bird poop off.. i guess i will have to climb up to get it myself
I had such a great experience at Express Car Wash today! Lea took amazing care of me—she was friendly, attentive, and made the whole process so smooth. It’s rare to come across such genuine customer service, and she definitely went above and beyond. My car looks fantastic, and I left feeling like a valued customer. Thank you, Lea, for making my visit such a positive one!
Cheapest wash was 22 dollars. There was a man at the touch screen filing out everything for me. When I left the car wash my car had streaks of dirt, bugs left on the windshield and was still pretty wet. I wouldn’t be too upset if they offered a lower price wash.
This place has gotten better overtime, but the employees don’t want to be working here and it’s hit or miss on the vacuums and air compressors working and a lot of time there are no towels. But you get what you pay for and it’s definitely worth the monthly fee for a basic car wash.
