My wife took her car in to Telle tire because one of the front tires appeared to be low. Although they were very busy, the staff were friendly and helpful. They added air to the tire and told her to return later the same day to take a closer look. Turned out there was a nail in the tire. They did not attempt to sell her a new tire. They fixed the leak and she was on her way home. Very positive experience.
I’ve been happily taking all of my cars here for regular maintenance and tires for over 6 years with fantastic experiences every time and it would now take an act of God to rebuild my trust in this shop. We’ll probably never be back after they attempted to scam my wife by dropping debris into the fan motor in an ill fated attempt to get her to buy a cabin air filter I had replaced recently. She knew better and made them fix it but the service managers first response was to say that’s why it needed to be replaced, and when I called to say how disappointed I was there was no apology and he did not want to have a conversation. I hope this was worth it over a $30 service.
Telle Tire was recommended to me once and I've continued to go here with tire-related issues. As a woman who knows nothing about tires, I trust their recommendations and do not worry about being taken advantage of or "upsold." They are always friendly and work to get you in as quickly as possible.
Excellent staff, pricing and availability. They're willing to work with you based on what you need or can afford, such as replacing all of your tires, or just a set. Their warranty for any leaks, holes or damage after getting new tires is also a nice perk. Overall they're just prompt, patient, and nice. I'll be sure to keep recommending them.
Doug was super helpful! I received a quote from him and was quickly booked to come get all 4 new tires as well as an alignment. The entire staff was friendly and personable. I was able to work on my laptop in their waiting room which to my surprise along with their bathrooms were extremely nice and clean compared to what I was expecting going to a tire shop. I’ll definitely continue using Telle for my vehicle needs!
