Mason and Tenant Planet deserve the highest rating of 5-STARS for their help in finding a tenant for my rental property. I purchased and closed escrow on 15-June for a rental property in San Francisco's Nob Hill neighborhood. I researched numerous Property Management companies and on 24-June, I decided to work with Tenant Planet who assigned Mason to work with me. Immediately after signing the contract/agreement paperwork, Mason posted my property online knowing my greatest concern was my rental property being vacant for an extended period of time. After only a few days of my property being listed, Mason started to host showings. He accommodated the availability of the prospective tenants, making himself available outside normal business hours - weekends and weekday evenings to show my property. In less than one month, Mason was able to find a tenant. By mid-August, tenants moved in and I started collecting rent. Thank you Mason and Tenant Planet!
