I had my dash camera mirror installed at Texas Audio and the experience was excellent. Junior was professional, knowledgeable, and took his time to make sure everything was installed clean and working properly. The wiring was done neatly, and he explained how to use the system before I left. You can tell they take pride in their work and don’t rush the job. If you’re looking for quality installation and good customer service, I definitely recommend Texas Audio.

I wanted to have my 2015 ML63 upgraded to add Apple CarPlay. There were so many options available and so many installers which left me confused and indecisive. It wasn't until I met Mo at Texas Audio that I was able to understand all the tradeoffs for the various options available. Mo took a lot of time to explain the various options with their pros and cons to help me decide on the best option for me. After the installation Mo took over 45 minutes to walk me through every menu and setup option to make sure I understood all the capabilities available. I would recommend Texas Audio to anyone interested in having their car equipment upgraded. They will help you find the best option based on price and performance tradeoffs and well as long term reliability of the equipment

I have a Honda Civic Si. For some reason Honda doesn’t put parking sensors on the higher end cars (Si, Type R). I bought an OEM parking sensor system online and was going to try and install it myself. After looking at the parts and what had to be done, I threw in the towel before I even started! First I called another highly rated shop and the owner just kept telling me how after market sensors fail, and how they are time intensive, and a bunch of other crap. I explained several times that these were not after market, they were OEM. He either didn’t get it or didn’t care. I gave up on them. Frustrated, I thought I would call another shop and see if they validated what I had been told. I called and explained what the deal was and Junior said to come by and they would take a look and give me an estimate. No run around, no talking me out of it, and no problem installing something not bought from him. I showed up on Saturday morning and handed him the box. He said he wanted to pull the car in to see what we were looking at. I made sure they had someone that could drive a manual transmission. They took a look and told me I gotchu. Then Junior ordered me an Uber home. It took forever for the seller to answer his questions, but the team kept talking to the tech support overseas until they explained why it wasn’t working. Then Junior’s tech fixed me up in no time! The bill was fair, especially considering how many people and hours the job took. He wouldn’t let me leave until I had tested everything myself and was satisfied that the job was complete. Long review to tell you that these guys are true professionals that know how to treat their customers. I’d recommend them to anyone needing stereo, sound damping, speakers, amps, remote start, and any number of other things! This place is excellent!!!
