⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t recommend The Body Clinic highly enough! I first came to the studio back in 2021 after having a postnatal MOT with Faye, followed by her postnatal Pilates course in the old Matchworks studio. I loved it straight away and carried on with Pilates for a while before taking a break — but I rejoined early this year and honestly couldn’t be happier to be back. The studio feels like a little family and community, which is so important to me. I’ve never enjoyed big gyms or the intimidating atmosphere they can have — but at The Body Clinic, there are no egos, just friendly faces, encouragement, and genuine connection. It’s such a welcoming space where you can not only build strength and confidence, but also make friends and even network with other lovely people. All of the instructors are fantastic – knowledgeable, supportive, and always happy to adjust or correct your form so you’re getting the most out of every session. I completely trust their expertise, especially knowing that Faye is a women’s health physiotherapist – it really gives me confidence that I’m in safe hands. I usually do two classes a week – one mat and one reformer – and I get a great deal by booking a course. I genuinely look forward to every class, and it’s become something really special that I get to share with my daughter Olivia, who does the same classes with me. Since coming back, I’ve noticed such a big improvement in my strength, flexibility, and overall fitness, and I just feel better in myself. I’ve even booked the Body Clinic retreat in Majorca next year, which I’m already counting down the days to! If you’re thinking about trying Pilates or looking for a friendly, professional, and supportive studio — don’t hesitate. The Body Clinic is such a gem, and I’m so grateful to be part of it. 💛
I hated exercising my whole life.. until I found The Body Clinic Liverpool. I’d never done pilates before and I was extremely unfit. Since starting, I’ve never missed a week of mat and reformer classes! I no longer hate exercise, and I feel excited going to every class! The instructors are so genuine and kind, and know exactly how to guide you through each flow! I love how the classes are taught in layers so you can just go to your ability. I love pilates thanks to TBC, it’s all I ever talk about 🤣🩷💙🧘♀️
Attended a post natal pilates course. It was fantastic! The course was well planned. The staff were amazing with the baby when he got fussy during the class. I will definitely attend more classes in future. Highly recommend.
The Body Clinic is an amazing place and has supported me through pregnancy and my postnatal recovery. I'd never attempted reformer pilates before, but Nina made me feel so comfortable and gave me the confidence to try something new at 26 weeks pregnant! The reformer class kept me moving through pregnancy and I always felt amazing after every class. After having my little girl, I had a Mummy MOT with Faye who is just fabulous! Faye taught me how to look after my pelvic floor and supported my return to exercise. I recommended the MOT to a friend and they loved the experience as well! I have just enrolled onto my second postnatal pilates course. I look forward to the class every week, and you can bring the baby along as well which is fab! I don't know how Faye does it, but she can teach us and push us to our limits, and entertain 4+ babies at the same time, she is just a superstar. The class is for all levels of fitness and has given me the confidence to start pushing myself and returning to pre-pregnacy fitness. I can't recommend this place any more.... I've even convinced the husband to start going!
Could not recommend The Body Clinic and their Postnatal Pilates Course enough, it was absolutely amazing and has helped me so much in my postnatal journey both physically and mentally! After my c-section and becoming a new mum I was so nervous to get back into exercise but this course was perfect for me especially as babies are welcome to come along too. The instructors here are so knowledgeable, welcoming and friendly I could not fault any of the girls here they are phenomenal at what they do! Thank you for helping me get my confidence back in myself and getting me back to exercising safely! 🤍
