We had an absolutely unforgettable experience at The Capital Grille last night while celebrating our engagement, a baby on the way, and a birthday — and so much of that was thanks to our incredible waiter, Holden. From the moment we sat down, Holden made us feel genuinely welcomed and celebrated. His attention to detail, warmth, and professionalism were unmatched. He paced the meal perfectly, gave excellent recommendations, and went above and beyond to make our special night feel truly personal and memorable. The food was outstanding from start to finish — perfectly prepared and absolutely delicious — but the service is what really elevated the entire evening. Holden turned a great dinner into a once-in-a-lifetime memory for us. The Capital Grille is a top-tier choice for special occasions or when you want a guaranteed amazing meal.

Company Lunch! What a great experience! The waiter was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations, I felt well taken care of, food was amazing, the flavors in each dish were perfectly balanced, and the ingredients tasted incredibly delicious, the steak was cooked to perfection, the perfect ending to a great meal, the dessert selection was impressive, and each one was delicious.

I wish I could have given more stars!! Our dinner was amazing! Erick, our server was so nice and professional! We couldn’t have imagined having Thanksgiving there, but it was scrumptious. The sweet potato soufflé, brioche stuffing and the best green beans I’ve ever eaten!! It’s more than delicious food, the service, even in a crazy busy holiday was fantastic and that is what makes Capitol Grille special, but also great for any meal!! Had to show the yummy brown sweet bread served with unsalted butter that is a bonus!!!mmmmmmm! Desserts included an Expresso cake to die for!! OMG!!! Get it!!! I also want to Thank Dan for making our reservation and making sure our anniversary was special!!! Max, too😍

Most amazing restaurant I have ever experienced. Best place to go to if you ever want fine dining and smooth relaxing jazz. As well as the food which is the most impressive and important part of the experience. I got the roasted chicken and it was cooked perfectly melt in your mouth perfect and the truffle fries were crispy delicious no sauce needed I recommend them without any sauce so you get full flavor. For dessert I got the classic cheesecake and the waiter Williams not lying when he said he works there for that, it is the best cheesecake you will ever have especially if you eat it with the berries. 10/10 experience will be coming back soon.

We celebrated Thanksgiving at The Capital Grille this year, and both my husband and my son truly enjoyed the Thanksgiving meal. They said everything was wonderful and perfectly prepared. I, however, stayed loyal to my favorites and ordered my usual steak, cooked exactly the way I love it, along with their signature mushrooms and asparagus. I’m sorry I didn’t get to photograph my steak untouched, as always, I dove right into it the moment it arrived ;)) That’s just how delicious it is every single time! And of course, we finished the evening with my favorite desserts, which are always the perfect ending to any dinner here. As always, The Capital Grille impressed us with its warm atmosphere and exceptional service. I feel incredibly comfortable every time I’m here, thanks to the entire staff from the Front Desk to our wonderful servers. Another memorable evening. We’ll definitely be back!
