I went to the mixology masterclass and learned not only how to make multiple perfectly balanced drinks, I also got to work behind the bar at a very nice bar in the city. This experience was very helpful for my career as a bartender. I met great people, made great drinks, and had a good time while learning. If you're looking to up your game as a bartender I would definitely suggest this class!
What an incredible experience! The Cocktail Camp Masterclass (I did mine at Blackbird in SF) was absolutely phenomenal. Getting to actually build cocktails behind the bar in a real craft cocktail environment was a complete game changer. You can’t replicate that authentic bar- learning experience anywhere else in the city. The highlight of my time was getting hands-on, practice during actual bar shifts. That’s a big perk of the program, that you actually get live reps on the bar during business hours. I was luckyy that there was a massive event happening nearby during one of my apprenticeship shifts, which gave the opportunity to make dozens of cocktails in a live, high-pressure scenario. Eric, who taught the classes, was outstanding both professionally and personally. He went above and beyond to answer all my questions and has made himself available as an ongoing resource within San Francisco’s bar community… for job opportunities, connections, or just general guidance. You can tell he’s genuinely invested in his students’ success. If you’re serious about cocktails as a career, and want real-world experience in an amazing bar setting, this master class is absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!
I recently attended the cocktail camp and it was brilliant ! From start to finish, the camp was a perfect blend of fun, education, and creativity. The instructors were great and passionate about the craft, walking us through the history, techniques, and secrets behind crafting exceptional cocktails. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced mixologist, this camp caters to all levels and makes the process feel accessible and engaging. The setting was relaxed and inviting, with a great atmosphere for socializing and sharing drinks with fellow cocktail enthusiasts. By the end of the camp, I felt like I had not only gained new skills but also made some great memories (and delicious cocktails!). I highly recommend the cocktail camp! You’ll leave with newfound confidence and a few new favorite recipes in your back pocket. Cheers!
Team bonding event for our office. It was cool that we actually did the class in a bar, but kind of expected a more private space. Overall a great experience!
Thank you so much for our cocktail class yesterday! We've done one of these before through another company and yours was by far our favorite! We loved that it was interactive and hands-on, and that we all got to do our own mixing. We loved hearing Nora's background about mixers and cocktails, she did such a great job adding the right amount of details and still allowing us to add our conversation to the activity. We also loved that we got to try out three very different drinks and we enjoyed having time in between drinks to chat and play pool. FIVE OUT OF FIVE STARS! We will definitely be back!
