The floral arch at our ceremony was stunning and left us in awe. We deeply appreciate all the hard work and attention to detail you put into creating such a breathtaking display. The flowers didn't just wow us—they wowed our guests too! We received countless compliments at the reception on how beautiful and well-arranged the floral and decorations were. From the ceremony to the reception, the flowers and all the candles were a standout highlight of our big day. We can't thank you enough for the stunning arrangements. We felt super relaxed going into our wedding day knowing everything was taken care of by The Design Co team for set up and take down and kept everything organized throughout the day.
Sarah and Mel were absolutely wonderful to work with. Their attention to detail, eye for beauty and coordination skills are unequivocally the best. They went above and beyond in the planning of our wedding day, and on the day of - there is not a single thing they didn’t look after - from helping me last minute when my bridal hairdo became undone, calming a very nervous bride (me) with the help of Sarah’s very zen self and amazing yoga instructor skills, coordinating vendors, music, caterers - making sure we had time to ourselves to sit and enjoy - on top of just being SO friendly and so well liked by all our guests. They thought of every single aspect, and our wedding day was absolutely flawless. I cannot recommend them enough, they truly made our wedding day perfect - we could not have done this without them. Thank you Sarah and Mel, you are wedding planning experts (but also real life angels). 10/10 recommend
Our wedding day was by the far the most special day of our lives. Sarah and Melissa literally made our dreams come true. From start to finish I could not have asked for a more dedicated visionary working to make everything happen. It was truly a magical day. The details to the design and the execution of how everything turned out was beyond expectations. We planned a non traditional wedding, and every idea we brought forward was met with an action plan and excitement. They truly thought about everything and my mind was at ease through the entire planning process and day because I knew I was in great hands. Thank you Sarah, Melissa and Design Co. for everything.
Für meine Hochzeit hat Erin Carmichael (Mitinhaberin und Floristin) uns Boutonnières geliefert, die nach einer Stunde starben, sodass wir damit nicht einmal Fotos machen konnten. Es ist sehr enttäuschend, da sie $20 pro Boutonnière berechnet hat. Als wir uns beschwerten, sagte Stacey (Mitinhaberin): "Blumen sind lebende Dinge und sie sterben." Als wir Erin einige Zeit später eine E-Mail schrieben, sagte sie: "Ich freue mich, Ihnen eine Rückerstattung zu gewähren" und "Ich werde die Rückerstattung heute noch senden." Doch danach hat sie uns ignoriert und uns trotz mehrfacher Erinnerungen nie erstattet. Schlechtes Service. Die Sträuße starben auch nach einigen Stunden und sahen zu traurig für Fotos aus. Wenn man so viel Geld für Blumen bezahlt ($125-200 pro Strauß), möchte man Fotos damit machen können, aber unsere Fotografen sagten, sie sahen zu müde aus. Und es war an dem Tag auch nicht heiß. Ein weiteres Problem, das wir mit dem Floristen hatten, ist der Hintergrund hinter unserem Brauttisch. Wir baten um zwei Kirschblütenbäume und einen Kronleuchter. Sie berechnete uns $850 und das Ergebnis war völlig anders als das, was wir besprochen hatten. $850 für ein paar künstliche Zweige, die an eine Kupferstange befestigt waren, und ein schief hängender Kronleuchter, der nicht einmal eingeschaltet war. Wieder sehr enttäuschend. Als wir uns darüber beschwerten, sagte sie: "Ich bin sehr verwirrt, warum Sie mit Ihrem Hintergrund für den Brauttisch unzufrieden waren" und dann: "Ich stehe hinter dem, was wir geliefert haben". Florales Design ist viel zu teuer und die Blumen halten nicht. Wenn man sich beschwert, werden sie defensiv und schieben es auf einen. Ihre kreative Freiheit ist wichtiger als das, was Braut und Bräutigam verlangen. Das Bouquet-Design und die Tischdekorationen waren schön.
