My work schedule is sporadic and unpredictable, and when I mentioned this casually, Mason immediately offered to accommodate missed sessions when possible. I started at Performance Ranch several months ago to work on my overall strength in order to improve my running. Not only have I gotten stronger and faster, but I'm actually enjoying strength training for the first time in my life! Kevin makes it fun and has taught me tons of exercises that I never knew before. He leads me through tougher workouts than I would do on my own, and has helped me with my running form as well. PR is worth the money – you've got a member for life!
